📌 Pre-booking is compulsory – we do not accept walk-ins or same-day bookings
📌 Booking must be made at least 1 day before by 6:00 PM (subject to slot availability)
📌 We operate by appointment only
📌 Slots are extremely limited – early booking is highly recommended
📌 First slot starts at 9:00 AM
❌ We do not recommend afternoon or evening slots due to lower chances of favorable flying conditions

⏱️ Flight Duration
Flights typically last 10 minutes and above
ℹ️ Duration varies based on weather and body weight. Some flights may be longer depending on conditions.

💡What to Bring/What to Wear:
* Covered shoes
* Comfortable clothing (long pants recommended)
* Sunblock

📝Refund Policy:
If flights are cancelled due to bad weather, a refund will be issued (subject to admin approval).

• Tandem Paragliding @ Kokol Hill, Kota Kinabalu management will contact ticket buyer to arrange time slot after purchased ticket at Ticket2U. Our team will send a pin location by WhatsApp or email.
• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Tandem Paragliding @ Kokol Hill, Kota Kinabalu management has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Tandem Paragliding @ Kokol Hill, Kota Kinabalu may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
• In the case that we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, you will be entitled to arrange for other days at your convenience OR you may request for partial refund. Ticket2u online processing fee 5% are not refundable and Refund admin fee 5% will be charge to buyer upon refund approved by organizer. • This paragliding experience is not suitable for kids below 4 years old.
• Participant are require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purpose.
• Confirmed registrations are transferable to any other persons.
•  Tandem Paragliding @ Kokol Hill, Kota Kinabalu Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
• Tandem Paragliding @ Kokol Hill, Kota Kinabalu management reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
