1. Paid Event
This is a paid event. Each participant must purchase an entry to secure a seat.
2. Limited Seats
Seats are limited. Entry purchase is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once seats are sold out, no further bookings will be entertained.
3. No Refund / No Cancellation
All entries are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of personal circumstances or change of mind.
4. No Transfer / No Resale
Entries may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged. Only the registered ticket holder will be allowed entry.
5. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
* Participants are required to arrive on time — latecomers will be considered as no-show.
* No-shows will not receive any refund, replacement, or rescheduling.
6. Check-In Requirement
A valid e-ticket or confirmation from Ticket2U must be presented during check-in. Entry will be denied without valid proof of purchase.
7. Children & Guardians
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a valid ticket.
8. Event Changes
Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend the event schedule, programme, or venue if necessary. In the event of organiser-led cancellation, refunds will be processed.
9. Photography & Videography
By attending, participants consent to photography and videography for Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s marketing and publicity purposes.
10. Conduct & Safety
Pavilion Bukit Jalil and TGI Fridays reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the event.
