ASEAN YOUTH SCIENCE AND ECONOMICS FORUM (AYSEF)

We are a relatively newly founded organisation with a shared vision to create lasting opportunities for young people across ASEAN by empowering them to realise their full potential in STEM and economics through a unique platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and passions. With insights from STEM industry leaders and academics, and following the model of the Youth Economic Forum (YEF) and London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF).

TICKET BOOKING PROCESS

1. Secure your ticket by making a full payment at Ticket2U.com.my (Authorized Agent)
2. The payment serves as a commitment fee and will be refunded once attendance is confirmed on 14th December 2025.
3. The AYSEF 2025 team will prepare the tickets after confirming seat availability.
4. Tickets will be delivered via email only. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.

Note:

1. The name provided during ticket purchase will be printed on your name badge.
2. All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
3. Seats will only be allocated with accompanying tickets.
4. Ticket access for the whole day

TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Each ticket is valid for one person only. 
2. The ticket payment will be refunded upon confirmation of attendance, processed within 14-28 working days.
3. Your ticket functions as a commitment fee and will be non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
4. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
5. Each ticket is entitled to ONE (1) participant only.
6. Limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Your personal information will be collected or used by the organizer on the event page for our own purposes.
8. By purchasing the FREE tickets and attending the forum, you consent to being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and your name, voice, and likeliness may be broadcasted, displayed, or distributed (commercial or otherwise) without any compensation being paid to you.
   Kindly present the QR Code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
9. Admission to the venue and the forum is at your own risk. Neither the venue nor the organizer will be held liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury, or damage sustained at the venue and/or the forum. Organiser reserved the rights to make changes to the information without notification.
