Terms & Conditions

1. Seating
   Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticketed seats will be held until 15 minutes before the service begins, after which they’ll be released to other guests. We kindly encourage you to book your seat in advance and arrive at least 30 minutes earlier to ensure a smooth and joyful start to the celebration. Come early and enjoy coffee and tea on us!
   
   
2. Admission
   Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the service begins and register at the Registration Tables before the service begins to facilitate smooth entry.
   
   
3. Christmas Lunch RSVP
   The Christmas Lunch is served free of charge. Kindly indicate if you will be joining us for Christmas Lunch when booking your seat. Registration closes on 17 December 2025.
   
   
4. Children’s Programme
   A dedicated Children’s Programme will run concurrently with the main event. Children aged 10 years old and above are welcome to join the main service. There is a nursery room available for the comfort of parents with babies and toddlers under 2 years old.
   
   
5. Crowd Consent
   This event will be captured in both photographs and audio and visual footage. World Harvest Church reserves the right to use this material for any purposes in perpetuity. By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or social media materials. Should you not consent to use your image for this purpose, please see our registration team before the service starts.
