TERMS OF SALES:

• Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
  
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. 
• For numbered seats, kindly check the seats assigned to you before proceeding with payment. 
• Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.
• Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets obtained through unauthorized channels or third-party transactions will result in the tickets being void, declined or rejected at entry.
• Lost, broken, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and prevailing government guidelines.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.
• If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.

ADMISSION POLICY 

• Please note that advertised start times of events are subject to change. Door opening and closing times stated to an event are not indicative of the event’s start or end time, all of which remain at the relevant Event Organizers’ and/or artist’s discretion and may be subject to change. Kindly check and refer to the Event's official page accordingly.
• Upon entering the venue, every ticket holder MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children*.
• Strictly No admission for infant and children* below the age of 6 years old.
• *Children age 7 - 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
  
• The Event Organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damaged tickets.
• The event venue may conduct security searches for safety and security purposes, ticket holders may be subjected to body/bag checks upon entering the venue, and/or may be refused admission whenever suspected if breaching any Ticketing Terms and Conditions of the event.
• It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
• Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been used previously by others, damaged tickets or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Ticket2U or authorized points of sale by the Event Organizer.
• Breach of any of the venue terms and conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle the Event Organizer to refuse your admission or eject you from the venue.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and up to date.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• If you do not receive a booking confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us to clarify whether or not your order has been placed successfully. We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you incur if you assume that your order was or was not placed because you failed to receive an order confirmation.
• Each ticket comes with a Unique QR code which will be validated upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share with others to prevent forgery.
• All sales are final. Strictly no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• All other ticketing, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers that the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
