KAPTEN BATIK Warehouse Sale – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made during the KAPTEN BATIK Warehouse Sale. By participating in the sale, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
1. Cashless Payment Only
1.1. Only cashless payment methods are accepted, including debit cards and credit cards.
1.2. Cash payments will not be permitted under any circumstances.
2. No Return, No Exchange Policy
2.1. All items purchased during the warehouse sale are considered final sale.
2.2. Strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to defects, sizing, or change of mind.
3. No Points Redemption or Discount
3.1. Membership points, discount vouchers, promo codes, and all other forms of discounts are not applicable to warehouse sale items.
3.2. No loyalty points will be awarded for purchases made at the warehouse sale.
4. E–Digital Receipt
4.1. Customers are encouraged to register for a KAPTEN BATIK account prior to checkout.
4.2. Digital receipts will be issued via email or through the mobile application upon completion of purchase.
5. Limited Stock Availability
5.1. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
5.2. No reservations, holds, or pre-orders will be allowed.
5.3. Availability of items is not guaranteed and may vary throughout the sale period.
6. Bag & Personal Belongings
6.1. All bags and personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner.
6.2. A designated space is provided for customer convenience; however, KAPTEN BATIK will not be liable for any loss or damage.
7. Product Condition
7.1. Items sold may include display units, end-of-season products, clearance stock, or items with minor imperfections.
7.2. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchase.
7.3. KAPTEN BATIK will not be held liable for defects or issues identified after the transaction is completed.
8. Pricing
8.1. Prices are as displayed and may be revised at any time during the sale period without prior notice.
8.2. All prices are final at the point of purchase.
9. Photography & Media
9.1. Photography and videography may be conducted throughout the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
9.2. By entering the event premises, customers are deemed to have consented to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
9.3. KAPTEN BATIK reserves the right to use such media in any marketing or promotional materials without further notice or compensation.
10. Right to Refuse Service
10.1. The management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who exhibits abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
10.2. KAPTEN BATIK may take any necessary action, including removal from the premises, to ensure the safety and comfort of all customers and staff.
