1. This is a ticketed event.
   Entry is allowed only with confirmed payment.

2. A QR e-ticket will be emailed upon successful registration.

3. Each ticket admits one person only. Except for Bundle Ticket.

4. Show your QR ticket clearly at the entrance for scanning.

5. If attending as a group, please ensure all attendees arrive together for a smoother check-in process.

6. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the event area.

7. Tickets are non-refundable.

8. Ticket transfers are allowed, but guests must notify Regas Premium Sabah in advance for name amendments.

9. If tickets appear as Sold Out on Ticket2U, please contact Regas Premium Sabah Office at 013-773 8833 for on-site availability.

10. Age categories (based on birth year):
    • Children: 3–12 years old
    • Adult: 13 years old & above
    Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

11. Guests consent to photography and videography.
    Event footage may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

12. The organiser is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

13. Parking availability is not guaranteed; the organiser is not liable for vehicle-related incidents.

14. Some activities or zones may have capacity limits or designated time slots.

15. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

16. Regas Premium Sabah reserves the right to amend event details if necessary.
