Malaysian singer-songwriter Yuna invites you to an exclusive live experience the YUNA THE VALOUR HOUR CONCERT, happening at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 7 February 2026.

The Valour Hour, which also shares the name of her upcoming EP, promises a powerful, intimate, and immersive showcase that brings the heart of Yuna’s new musical era to life on stage.

Organized and managed by Yuna Room Records, this special concert offers fans a deeply personal journey through her artistic evolution. Expect soulful moments, emotional storytelling, and reimagined arrangements of her most beloved songs thoughtfully crafted to create a warm, memorable, high-impact performance.

Yuna Valour Hour Concert General Sales Conditions 

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
3. This is a fully numbered seating event.
4. Seating is auto-assigned based on the best available seats. Seat assignments are not guaranteed to be together. Please double-check before proceeding, as once assigned, seats cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Children aged 7 and above must have a ticket for admission. Children aged 7–18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 21 and above.
6. Adult ticket holders are responsible for noting any entry conditions or restrictions on minimum admission age.
7. No admission for infants or children under 7 years old.
8. Ticket prices are final at the time of purchase and exclude handling fees, ticketing fees, and other charges.
9. Each ID may purchase a maximum of 5 (five) tickets per transaction.
10. Please ensure tickets purchased under your name are not shared with any third party.
11. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, ensure that the ticket is given only to the intended recipient.
12. For multiple-ticket purchases, you are fully responsible for all tickets under your transaction.
13. If the Identity Card (ID) submitted during online purchase has changed, you must present the current valid ID to Ticket2U/Organizer customer service for verification. Additional documents may be requested. Failure to verify identity may result in refusal of entry.
14. Purchasers must show the e-confirmation email and a clear soft copy of the ID used during the online purchase for registration. Access control procedures follow these Terms & Conditions and any updates made from time to time.
15. Purchasers must present their original Identification Card and confirmation email (with QR code) upon collection. If verification is insufficient, entry may be refused.
16. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
17. A valid QR code ticket must be shown for venue entry. Alteration or defacing of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
18. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets found resold may be cancelled by Ticket2U.
19. Ticket2U is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.
20. Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned, the ticket is considered used and cannot be revalidated or transferred. No liability is accepted for refusal of entry after the ticket has been used.
21. Possession of a ticket does not grant any rights to use, copy, alter, or deal with any trademarks, logos, or intellectual property displayed on the ticket.
22. Information collected during registration is used to facilitate ticketing or related services in accordance with Ticket2U’s Privacy Policy.
23. Information collected for marketing purposes is processed according to the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the purchaser consents to being contacted by Ticket2U/the organizer/sponsors/partners for future events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission

24. Tickets must only be purchased from the official website Ticket2U.com.my. Tickets from other sources may be invalid, and admission may be refused.
    • Providing false or incorrect information during purchase may result in being barred from the event.
    • Ticket2U/Organizer reserves the right, without refund, to refuse or eject any person whose behaviour violates event or venue rules.

25. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. Resold tickets will be rendered invalid.

Weather Conditions

26. Indoor events are not affected by rain.
    Outdoor events may experience rain; raincoats will be available for purchase at the venue.
    The show will continue even in rainy conditions.

Delay & Postponement

27. Tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
    In the event of postponement, original tickets may remain valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, danger, or causes beyond their control.

Cancellation

28. The organizer may postpone, cancel, or stop the event due to adverse weather, danger, or factors beyond their control.
    If any performing group is unable to attend for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, no refund will be provided. Ticket2U/Organizer may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Consent

29. By entering the event, the ticket holder agrees to any security checks, including for prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, and recording devices.

Assumption of Risk

30. Ticket holders assume all risks incidental to the event, including personal injury, loss, damage, or liability, before, during, or after the event.

Changes to Event

31. The organizer may withdraw, replace, or substitute artists, alter programmes, event times, seating arrangements, or capacity without prior notice.
    • The organizer may postpone, cancel, or interrupt the event due to causes beyond their control.

Recording / Audiotaping

32. No photography, audio recording, or video recording is permitted during the event.

Amendments

33. Ticket2U/Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

34. All other ticketing, venue, and event-entry terms and conditions apply.
