NAELOFAR RAMADAN RESET 2026

Ramadan Reset is Naelofar’s heartfelt initiative to give back to our customers and the community, with all ticket proceeds going to OrphanCare.

As we approach the holy month, Ramadan Reset serves as a gentle call to pause, reflect, and realign spiritually before stepping into Ramadan. It is more than an event; it is an invitation to grow closer to Allah, to give, and to prepare our hearts for a more intentional, meaningful month ahead.

Ticketing

• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited.
• Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels or third-party transactions will be void and rejected at entry.
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
• Kindly present your e-ticket or QR code for verification upon registration on the event day.
  
  

Age & Admission Policy

• Strictly no admission for infants and children below 12 years old.
• Children aged 13–16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and must have purchased a valid ticket.
• Adult ticket holders are responsible for noting and complying with all entry conditions, including age restrictions.
• Every ticket holder MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for admission.

Event Changes & Liability

• The Event Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, relocate, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances or prevailing government guidelines.
• The Event Organizer may add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute speakers, programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, or audience capacity without compensation.
• In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or relocation, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket buyers using the contact details provided during purchase.
• Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer shall be liable for any losses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
  
  

Venue & Conduct

• Advertised event start times are subject to change. Door opening and closing times do not indicate event start or end times.
• Please refer to Naelofar’s Official Instagram for the latest event updates.
• Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, explosives, toxic or flammable materials, narcotics, food and beverages, or any items that may cause disturbance.
• Entry may be refused if a ticket is suspected to be invalid, duplicated, damaged, defaced, or not purchased via authorized channels.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual exhibiting unacceptable behavior that may cause disturbance, damage, or injury.

Purchase Information

• Ticket buyers are responsible for ensuring all personal information provided during purchase is accurate and up to date.
• The Event Organizer and Ticket2U are not responsible for invalid purchases resulting from incorrect information.
• For successful transactions, e-tickets will be sent to the ticket buyer’s registered email address.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email after payment, it is your responsibility to contact Ticket2U for verification.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Do not share or post your e-ticket online to prevent misuse or forgery.
• Please retain your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

Recording & Media Policy

• Personal photography and video recording using mobile phones are allowed for personal use only.
• No professional camera equipment, video recording devices, audio recording devices, camera crews, tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, or commercial recording of any kind are permitted without prior written approval from the Event Organizer.
• Any unauthorized recording or use of recording equipment may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.
• By attending the event, all ticket holders grant Naelofar the right to photograph, video record, and capture audio of attendees during the event.
• Such recordings may be used by Naelofar for marketing, promotional, documentation, and content purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, press materials, and future publications, without compensation or prior notification.
• Ticket holders who do not wish to be recorded should inform the Event Organizer prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, where possible.

General

• Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk.
• Ticket2U and the Event Organizer reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All other ticketing, venue, and event entry terms and conditions apply.
