1 | Admission by Invitation Only | Entry is strictly by invitation. Invitations are issued based on contribution tiers. Please bring along your e-invitation QR for verification at the entrance. |

3 | Show Duration | The performance runs approximately 120 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission. |
4 | Children Policy | - No admissions for any infants or children aged 8 & below into the venue - Children aged 9 & above: Requires their own invitation and must be accompanied by an invited adult. |
5 | Dress Code | Smart casual attire is encouraged. Kindly refrain from wearing flip-flops, sportswear, or attire with offensive images or text. |
6 | Entry Time & Latecomers | - Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. - Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance to minimize disturbance. |
7 | Prohibited Items & Conduct | - No food or beverages are allowed in the concert hall. - Mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced before entry. - Flash photography/ videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. - Please remain seated and refrain from talking during the show. |
8 | Parking & Traffic | - Parking is available at Thean Hou Temple Carpark on a first-come, first-served basis. - Carpooling is recommended. - Kindly follow the directions of traffic marshals for smooth and safe traffic flow. |
