Frequently Asked Question
Who can join the training session?
Our training is open to anyone aged 5 and above, and suitable for all skill levels.
Whether you're a beginner trying skiing or snowboarding for the first time, or an experienced rider looking to refine your technique, we have lessons for everyone.
If you have any health conditions, please consult your doctor before joining.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson for equipment fitting and setup.
We will also guide you through a warm-up routine to prepare your muscles and body.
Do I need prior experience to join?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for both beginners and advanced riders.
Our coaches will adjust the training according to your skill level.
What should I wear for the training session?
We recommend comfortable sportswear, long socks, and gloves for better grip.
Ski and snowboard boots are provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.
You may also want to bring extra clothes to change into afterward, as the session can be quite sweaty.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
No refunds are provided unless the mistake is on our side.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your booked date and time.
Cancellation is not allowed.
How early can I schedule a private class?
Private classes can be booked 24 hours in advance, depending on coach availability.
Our coaches’ schedules are planned two months ahead, but changes may occur due to emergencies or injury leave.
Do you offer group or private lessons?
Yes!
Group classes: Up to 4 people per session, available for both private and public groups.
Private lessons: You may choose any level, time, and coach.
Private sessions can include up to 4 people, but the group must choose either all ski or all snowboard.
How realistic is indoor training compared to real slopes?
Our indoor training feels almost 80% similar to real snow.
We enhance the surface with smoothing liquid to improve glide and realism.
The simulator helps build proper technique and muscle memory that transfers well to real mountains.
Is it safe for beginners?
Yes! Training is conducted in a controlled environment, and our coaches ensure safe, gradual progression.
Protective gear is included in your package for added safety.
Is there a weight or height limit?
There are no height or weight restrictions.
As long as you are healthy and free from heart or serious medical conditions, you are welcome to join.
Can children join the training?
Yes! We offer lessons specifically designed for kids to build a strong foundation in skiing or snowboarding.
Do you have kids packages?
We’re sorry—there are no separate kids packages.
All packages are categorized by skill level only.
Do you provide kids’ equipment?
Yes, we provide protective gear, skis/snowboards, and boots for children.
Everything is included in the package price.
What happens if I fall during training?
Falling is a natural part of the learning process.
Our training surface reduces impact, and our coaches will teach you how to fall safely and get up on your own—an essential skill for real snow mountains.
How many ski machines do you have?
We have 3 ski machines, and each machine can train up to 4 people at the same time.
This allows group learning while still giving each participant focused attention from the coach.
Can I start directly on the ski machine, or do I need prior training?
If you have no prior skiing or snowboarding experience, you are required to complete our Foundation Class first.
This usually takes 1–2 sessions, depending on how quickly you pick up the basics.
Once the foundation coach confirms your readiness, the next coach will decide whether to continue your training on the dry ski slope or on the ski machine—whichever is best for your progress.
