Important Entry Requirement
To join this Meet & Greet, you must have:
A valid Comic Fiesta 2025 Entry Ticket, and
A valid Gachiakuta Aoi Ichikawa Meet & Greet Ticket.
Participants who hold a Meet & Greet ticket but do not have a Comic Fiesta 2025 entry ticket will not be allowed to enter the event hall or the Meet & Greet session.
No refunds will be provided for failure to meet this requirement.
Redemption Details
Meet & Greet Bundle Redemption will be available at Booth B025–032.
Redemption starts at 10:30 AM (morning) onwards.

Meet & Greet Rules
Please check in on time. Late arrivals may miss the session.
Follow all staff instructions for queueing and crowd control.
No food, drinks, snacks, or gifts are allowed to be given to Aoi Ichikawa.
Only fan letters are allowed. No other items, merchandise, or presents will be accepted.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Harassment, physical contact, or disruptive actions are strictly prohibited.
Only items allowed by the organizer (such as official merchandise) may be brought into the session.
No photography or video/audio recording is allowed during the Meet & Greet.
- Each participant is entitled to one (1) autograph on the Shikishi Board.
- Multiple bundle purchases require re-queuing for additional autographs on the shikishi board.
- Multiple purchases do not grant extra personal meet-and-greet time. This is a group meet & greet, not an individual session.
Safety & Security
Bag checks may be conducted before entering the session area.
Dangerous items, bulky props, or restricted objects are not allowed.
The organizer may remove any attendee who fails to follow event rules.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust session timing, flow, or format when necessary.
