1. Validity of Ticket
   • Tickets are valid only for the selected date and branch (Gurney Paragon, Sunshine Central, Autocity, or Queenspark Penang).
   • Tickets are non-transferable between branches.
2. Operating Hours
   • Operating hours vary by outlet. Please check the latest schedule before visiting.
   • Last admission may be earlier depending on crowd and weather (for outdoor outlets).
3. Age & Height Requirements
   1. Drift Kart
   Suitable for kids above 95cm in height.
   Adult riders must be below 85kg.
   2. Family Drift Kart
   Suitable for adult + child (80cm–130cm) with a combined weight below 120kg; OR
   A single adult rider below 120kg.
4. Safety Rules
   • All riders must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines.
   • Safety gear must be worn at all times.
   • D Lap reserves the right to refuse entry to any customer who fails to follow safety rules.
5. Weather Policy (Outdoor Outlets)
   • For Autocity and Queenspark Penang, operations may stop during rain or unsafe conditions.
   • If rides cannot proceed due to weather, customers may reschedule their session.
   • No refunds for weather-related disruptions.
6. No Refund Policy
   • All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once purchased.
   • Customers may request to change the date at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
7. Liability
   • Customers participate at their own risk.
   • D Lap is not responsible for personal injury or property loss caused by failure to follow safety rules.
8. Right to Refuse Service
   • D Lap reserves the right to deny admission to anyone under the influence of alcohol, behaving aggressively, or posing a safety risk.
9. Photo & Video Usage
   • Photos or videos taken inside the premises may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
10. Additional Charges

Additional fees apply for upgrade options, add-ons, or extra rides.
