Terms & Conditions for Participants
Event Owned by: Persatuan Kebajikan Talian Hayat Kehidupan Malaysia (PKTHKM) Organised by: A&P Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd
By registering for the Da Ai Charity – Green Run of Love 2026 (“Event”), participants agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions stated below.
1. Eligibility
- The Event is open to the general public.
- Participants under 18 years old must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- PKTHKM and the Organizer reserve the right to reject any registration that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted after the registration deadline.
2. Registration & Fees
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation email or e-ticket.
- All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Early Bird rates apply only until the published deadline, after which standard fees will apply.
- PKTHKM and the Organizer may close registration once the participation limit of 1,000 participants is reached.
3. Race Kits & Collection
- Race kits (including event T-shirt, bib number, and any entitlements) must be collected at the designated dates, times, and venue announced by the Organizer.
- Strictly no race kit collection will be allowed on Event Day.
- T-shirt sizes are based on availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE of T-shirt sizes once collected.
4. Event Day Rules
- Participants must wear their official bib number and event T-shirt throughout the run.
- All instructions from event officials, marshals, crew, and security personnel must be strictly followed.
- PKTHKM and the Organizer reserve the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or failure to comply with the rules.
- Littering is strictly prohibited to uphold the Event’s eco-friendly theme; waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
- Pets, bicycles, rollerblades, skates, and motorized vehicles are not permitted unless officially approved by the Organizer.
5. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
- PKTHKM, the Organizer, and all affiliated partners shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, damage, accidents, or medical incidents arising from participation.
- First aid and medical teams will be present; participants experiencing discomfort must seek assistance immediately.
6. Liability & Indemnity
By participating in this Event, all participants agree to:
- Fully release and indemnify PKTHKM, the Organizer, sponsors, venue partners, volunteers, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with participation.
- Assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, injuries, weather conditions, route hazards, and other unforeseen incidents.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
- PKTHKM and the Organizer reserve the right to modify the Event date, venue, route, schedule, or format where necessary for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons.
- If the Event is cancelled due to Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, pandemics, government orders), no refunds will be issued.
- PKTHKM and the Organizer may provide alternative arrangements for participants to collect entitled items such as T-shirts or medals.
8. Photography & Media Rights
By participating, you grant PKTHKM, the Organizer, and their affiliates:
- The unrestricted and perpetual right to use photographs, videos, and recordings of participants for publicity, promotional, commercial, and media purposes, without compensation.
- Rights to publish such media across all channels, including print, online, broadcast, and social media.
9. Environmental Commitment
- Participants are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles. Refill stations will be provided where possible.
- Participants must respect the natural environment and avoid damaging plants, structures, or park property.
- All waste must be disposed of responsibly.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used strictly for event administration, communication, insurance, and operational purposes.
- Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing.
- Data may be shared with official partners only as required for coordination and safety.
11. General Agreement
By submitting the registration form, participants confirm that:
- They have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
- They participate voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
- All provided information is accurate and truthful.
12. No Waiver
Failure by PKTHKM or the Organizer to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their rights to enforce the same provision or others in the future.
