General Sales Conditions 

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
2. This is an auto-assign seat event , it may not guarantee all seat will be assign together , please double check before proceed, once proceed it will not be cancel or change.  
3. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. 
4. This is a fully seated event, no standing zone available.

5. Children above 100cm in height must hold a valid ticket for admission and be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years old and above.

   • Children below 100cm in height, if parents insist on bringing them in, must be accompanied by their parents at all times, and an additional admission fee of RM100 must be paid at the on-site ticketing counter.

   • As the venue sound system will be loud, parents are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children and should carefully consider before deciding to bring them in. All consequences are to be borne by the parents.

6. Adult ticket holders are responsible for taking note of all entry conditions, including any age or height-based admission restrictions.

7. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to FOUR (4) tickets per transaction. 

9. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share to any other third party 

10. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.

11. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase. 

12. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.

13. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time. 

14. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall. 

15. Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.

16. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

17. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 

18. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 

19. Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the event gate, the ticket is considered used and cannot be revalidated or transferred, regardless of who presents it or proof of purchase. The organiser shall not be liable for entry refusal in such cases.

20. To ensure smooth event operations, the organiser reserves the right to deny entry of participants who arrive more than ninety (90) minutes after the show has begun.

21. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

22. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 

23. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.

24. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

25. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold. 

26. Weather condition 

    • If this is an indoor event , it will not be impacted by raining.

    • If this is an outdoor event , it might be under raining - Rain coat will be available for purchase on the venue. 

    • The show will continue if there are raining .

27. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

28. Cancellation 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

29. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

30. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

31. Changes to Event

    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

32. Recording/ Audiotaping

    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.

33. Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

8. 为了避免疑虑，一张身份证只能用于一次交易，最多购买四张门票。

13. 购买者必须能够出示向购买者发送的电子确认验证和在线购票时提交的身份证明的清晰副本以进行注册。现场入口控制程序和方法受到销售条款和其他规定的约束。
14. 第三方不得进入活动场馆。
15. 必须出示有效的QR码门票才能进入活动场馆。任何篡改、涂改或毁坏QR码的行为都可能导致门票无效。
16. 严禁转售门票，Ticket2u有权取消已被转售的门票。
17. Ticket2u将不对任何丢失、被盗或损坏的门票负责。
18. 门票仅限单次入场使用。一旦在活动入口处扫描并验证后，该门票即视为已使用，不得再次验证或转让，无论出示门票者或购买凭证为何人。对此类情况导致的拒绝入场，主办方概不负责。
19. 购买门票并不会授予购买者使用、更改、复制和/或以其他方式处理门票上出现的任何标志、商标、标识和/或知识产权的权利。
20. Ticket2u从注册Ticket2u账户的人员那里收集信息，以便提供门票或其他可用服务。该信息的收集和使用将遵守我们的隐私政策。
21. 从注册Ticket2u账户的人员那里收集的用于市场推广的信息将根据个人数据保护通知政策进行处理。通过注册，注册人同意Ticket2u / 演唱会组织者处理他们的信息，并允许赞助商、合作伙伴和/或授权方联系注册人，以接收未来活动、促销和任何其他市场营销和推广活动的营销材料和信息。
22. 非授权来源购票/拒绝入场

1. 门票必须在指定网站 https://www.ticket2u.com.my/ 上购买，从其他任何来源购买的门票可能是未经授权的副本，购票者可能会被拒绝入场。
2. 如果购票者在购票时提供虚假或不正确的数据，购票者可能会被拒绝参加活动。
3. Ticket2u/主办方保留拒绝入场或驱逐任何违反我们和/或场馆规定和法规的人员的权利，不退还任何已付款项。

24. 门票不可转让或转售。如有转售，所有门票将被视为无效。

25. 天气状况

1. 如果这是一个室内活动，则不会受到雨天影响。
2. 如果这是一个户外活动，则可能会受到雨天影响-现场将提供雨衣购买服务。
3. 即使下雨，演出仍将继续。

1. Ticket2u不允许在任何情况下更换或取消门票，并且售出的门票除非在下面的段落中另有规定，否则不可转让或退款。

2. 如果任何表演团体无法参加或参与，并超出主办方的合理控制范围，则在任何情况下均无法要求退款。
3. Ticket2u/主办方保留随时在其唯一和绝对自由裁量权下更改或修订任何条款和条件的权利，恕不另行通知。

28. 同意

1. 在活动期间（包括进入活动场地），票务持有人同意接受任何搜索，以搜查任何被禁止的物品，包括但不限于武器、管制、危险和非法物品以及录音设备。

29. 风险承担

1. 票务持有人自愿承担与活动有关的所有风险和危险，包括但不限于任何死亡、人身伤害、损失、损坏或责任。

30. 活动变更

1. 主办方保留撤回、更换、增加或替换任何艺术家/表演者，并且可以改变公布的节目、活动时间、座位安排和观众容量，而无需事先通知。
2. 主办方保留推迟、取消、中断或停止活动的权利，由于不可抗拒因素导致的恶劣天气、危险情况或其他原因。

31. 视频/音频录制

1. 活动期间不允许拍照、音频或视频录制。

32. 修正案

1. Ticket2u/主办方保留随时补充、增加、更改或修改任何这些条款和条件的权利，而无需事先通知，且由其自行决定。

33. 其他条款和条件

1. 所有其他售票、场馆和活动入场条款和条件均适用。
