• DISCLAIMER
  By submitting this registration, I confirm that I am participating of my own free will and agree to all terms and conditions set by SIBKL. I commit to fully cooperating with authorised staff and/or volunteers throughout the duration of the event.
  SIBKL reserves the right to change any of the published event details without notice and have the final authority on any matter relating to the event.
• MEDIA WAIVER
  Presence Conference 2026's event experience will be captured in photographs, video and audio. SIBKL reserves the right to use the material for promotional purposes. I understand it is a condition of all registrants entry into the event that all claims are waived in relation to inclusion of their likeness in such films or recordings.
• INDEMNITY
  I agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless SIBKL, its staff, volunteers, and authorised agents against any and all claims arising from, or in connection with, any injury, accident, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur to me or my personal property during the event and within the event premises. This includes any injury I may unintentionally cause to another participant.
• MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT
  I give permission for SIBKL authorised staff and/or volunteers to obtain emergency medical, hospital or ambulance assistance at any time they consider necessary. I understand that every reasonable effort will be made for the registrant or my emergency contact listed above to be notified before instituting such procedures. I acknowledge that I will be liable for any and all medical/hospital/ambulance costs and expenses incurred in the registrants or wards treatment.
• INVOLVEMENT CONSENT
  I hereby give my consent for the registrant to participate in activities they may choose while attending the event. I agree and understand that SIBKL reserves the right to exercise its discretion to refuse to register any person upon medical and/or other grounds, without providing a detailed reason for doing so.
  SIBKL reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or possessions that we deem to be inappropriate for an event. We also reserve the right to remove any individual(s) who we regard as a disturbance to events and/or security threat.
• PRIVACY DECLARATION
  I understand and accept that SIBKL may collect and use information about me for the purpose of providing information and offering promotional material of future SIBKL events. I consent to my personal details being used for such purposes.
