Online Streaming Access & Viewing Terms
● The ONLINE STREAMING will start at 8.30 PM.
● The URL link for the ONLINE streaming will be given to you before the start of the concert.
● A gentle reminder about the concert will be sent to your registered mobile number or email that you used to purchase the ONLINE ticket.
● Please check your email before the online streaming for your login details.
● Every ticket viewer will be given a username and password. It is solely for one’s own use and not to be shared with others.
● If others will be participating in the viewing of the event, please ensure that they have read and agreed to the conditions of this agreement.
General Terms for Online Concert Access
● Incorporation of Terms: The purchase of a ticket or access to the pre-recorded concert is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate any additional terms from the
platform provider.
● Age Restriction/Registration: Users must be of full legal age to register and access the service, and may be required to provide accurate information.
● System Requirements: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software and internet connectivity to stream the content successfully. The provider is not liable for technical issues arising from the user's setup. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
● No Unauthorised Recording/Transmission: The user agrees that the concert, in whole or in part, may not be recorded, downloaded, broadcast, or transmitted in any way without the explicit prior written consent of the event organizer or artist. Any recording made in
breach of this condition belongs to the event partner(s).
● Content Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the pre-recorded concert, including sound recordings, visual footage, and any related materials, belong to the event partner(s) and/or artists.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
● Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to access being granted. Payment may be subject to card verification and security checks.
● No Refunds (Typically): No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement. Unless required by law, tickets for pre-recorded events are often non-refundable, especially once access has been provided or the viewing window has passed. Refund policies for technical issues on the user's end are usually excluded.
Disclaimers & Liabilities
● "As Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The provider makes all reasonable endeavours to ensure the event is available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.
● Limitation of Liability: The event owner(s), producer(s), and platform provider(s) are typically released from liability for any claims, losses, or damages incurred by the user while accessing the event, except where prohibited by law.
