In these delegates’ and visitors’ rules and regulations, the “Organiser” shall mean DELTUS SDN BHD.
1. Rules and Regulations
By registering for or accepting the offer of admittance to the STRA Forum & Expo, delegates and visitors agree to observe and comply with these rules and regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of the Exhibition Hall.
All required details must be completed in full. STRA is open to trade visitors and professionals only. No admittance will be allowed for anyone under the age of 18. All visitors must be suitably attired or in proper business attire. Individuals in shorts, sleeveless tops, or slippers will not be permitted entry to the exhibition hall.
2. Liability
Visitors and delegates agree that the Organiser shall not incur any liability for any products displayed or sold by any exhibitor or sponsor at the Exhibition Hall. Each visitor or delegate agrees to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless against all claims, liabilities, losses, suits, proceedings, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal fees), and charges of any kind arising from any infringement or claim relating to or resulting from the unauthorised taking of images by that visitor or delegate.
Delegates and visitors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence on participating exhibitors, sponsors, or companies in STRA to ensure informed engagement and establish trust in their chosen collaborations.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any property, or for any injury or death sustained by any visitor or delegate while on the premises, except where such injury or death results directly from the Organiser’s negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Conduct in the Exhibition Hall
Visitors and delegates shall not do, or permit anything to be done, which causes annoyance, damage, disturbance, nuisance, inconvenience, or danger to any person or property, or which, in the Organiser’s opinion, does not conform to the general standards of STRA, or breaches these rules or applicable laws and regulations.
Visitors and delegates may not bring cameras, video recorders, or any recording equipment into the Exhibition Hall without the prior written consent of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to search the belongings of any visitor or delegate at any time.
It is expressly prohibited to record images in any form (“Images”) while attending the Forum and Expo without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, video recordings, sketches, or drawings. Visitors and delegates agree to surrender any material containing images recorded in violation of this rule upon request, including film, video tapes, sketchbooks, camera phones, and digital storage devices.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or require any visitor or delegate to leave if, in the Organiser’s opinion, their behavior breaches these rules or applicable laws. The Organiser’s decision is final in this regard.
