1. Eligibility
1.1 The Event is open to all individuals regardless of nationality or residence.
1.2 Participants below the age of eighteen (18) years must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not comply with the T&C.
2. Event Format
2.1 The Event is a virtual run; Participants may complete the run at any location, indoors or outdoors, including the use of a treadmill.
2.2 The run must be completed within the stipulated event period: 1st January 2026 - 31st January 2026 (extended till 28th February 2026)
3. Registration
3.1 Registration must be completed through the official registration form/platform provided by the Organizer.
3.2 Payment of fees must be made upon registration. Registrations without payment confirmation will not be processed.
3.3 All registration fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable.
4. Submission of Results
4.1 Participants must submit proof of completion in the form of a screenshot or photograph from a running application or treadmill record.
4.2 Submissions must clearly show the date, distance, and duration of the run.
4.3 Participants may complete the distance through walking, jogging, or running, and may split the activity into multiple sessions within the official event duration.
4.4 The deadline for submission is 28th February 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
4.5 The Organizer reserves the right to verify, reject, or request additional proof for any submission deemed invalid or suspicious.
4.6 Upon verification, a confirmation email will be sent within 2–3 working days. An email address will also be provided for submitting the results.
5. Entitlements
5.1 Entitlements include: E-certificate of participation and E-bib, to be distributed via email after verification.
Finisher medals and T-shirts, which will be delivered after event ends.
5.2 Delivery is subject to courier services, and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit.
5.3 Please note that the package fee excludes postage and delivery charges.
Postage fee will be charged RM10 (WM) , RM15 (EM)
5.4 Delivery ONLY within Malaysia.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness, and safety throughout the Event.
6.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, health complications, accidents, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation.
6.3 Participants are strongly encouraged to seek medical advice before taking part in the Event, particularly if they have any pre-existing medical conditions.
7. General Rules
7.1 Participants shall not engage in cheating, submission of false data, or any activity deemed unfair by the Organizer. Such actions will result in disqualification.
7.2 The Organizer reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone, or amend the Event, including the T&C, without prior notice.
7.3 The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 By registering, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for purposes relating to the Event.
8.2 The Organizer may use Participants’ names, images, or recordings for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without compensation.
8.3 The Organizer shall not disclose Participants’ personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Acknowledgement
9.1 By registering for the Event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Failure to comply with any of the above T&C may result in disqualification without refund.
