Transportation

• The shuttle service is available at a fee of RM20 per passenger for a return trip.
• Shuttle bookings are offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limited availability of 1,000 seats.
• Shuttle reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants must be present at their designated pick-up location 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time as stated.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible for any missed transfers due to late arrival.
  • Before Race: Participants are required to arrive at their selected pick-up point punctually at the assigned time.
  • After Race: Shuttle services will operate from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM only.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend shuttle schedules, routes, or service arrangements due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Merchandise T-shirt

• Available in Green and White, from sizes 2XS to 3XL.
• Actual colours may vary due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions and image editing.
• NOT the event T-shirt.

Transportation

• Pick-up and drop-off points are fixed and cannot be changed
• You MUST be at your nominated pick-up point at least 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time as stated
• The bus may be late due to number of runners for pick up or external factors beyond the Organiser's control
• No refunds offered for cancellations, failure to show up or shuttle delays
• QR code needs to be shown when boarding for transport
• The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the shuttle journey

Merchandise T-shirt

• NOT the event T-shirt
• Strictly NO changes in T-shirt size will be allowed
• Actual colours may vary due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions and image editing.
• The merchandise T-shirt is a retail item and is NOT part of the official runners entitlements. Purchasing this T-shirt does not affect race registration, race category, finisher benefits, or the official event T-shirt
• Purchase of merchandise is optional and not required to participate in the event
• Postage is optional and only available within Malaysia, expected to arrive 3-5 days before Event day
• Collection of the merchandise T-shirt is only available at Kinabalu Running Club (KRC) Booth during Race Pack Collection from 10am to 6pm, 7th to 9th of May 2026 at Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC)
• QR code needs to be shown when collecting merchandise
• Late collection of merchandise will NOT be entertained. Uncollected merchandise after 6pm on 9th of May will be deemed as unwanted and may be disposed accordingly
• No refunds will be entertained once full payment is received

1. Borneo International Marathon (“the event”) is organised by Kinabalu Running Club.

2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
