Ticket Info

- Fantasy Anime Expo 2 tickets will be in a wristband design (colour depended on the type of ticket purchased).
- Tickets will be sold online and on event day.
- Online pre-orders will be considered as Early Bird Tickets, included with special ticket price offers.
- Special ticket price offers will not be available on event day.
- All tickets allow access to hall entry, with certain tickets allowing additional benefits (read poster for additional benefits).

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I buy 2-day tickets?
Yes, as puchasing the Early Bird tickets gives attendees hall entry on Saturday and Sunday for RM50. Attendees save RM10 compared to purchasing two (2) tickets on event day (RM60).

2. Can I split the Early Bird tickets into separate days?
Yes, as attendees will receive two (2) tickets to be used on their respective days.

3. What will happen if tickets are sold out?
Further purchase of tickets afterwards will not be possible to prevent overcrowding.

4. Can I cancel/refund my tickets?
Any form of cancellation or refund will not be entertained after confirmation of purchase.

5. Are there special promos for children and disabled individuals?
No. There will not be any special promos or prices for children and disabled individuals for our event (further update to be made if needed).

6. Is early queueing before the event open allowed?
Attendees are not recommended to queue early, as event staff will not be managing early queueing on event day.

7. If I forget my ticket, can I show my proof of purchase instead?
No. Everyone will be required to physically wear their tickets on their wrist during event day at all times.

1. Upon purchase, tickets will be available for pick up on event day at our ticket booth. Prepare proof of purchase for our staff.

2. Tickets purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Children under the age of 12 are requested to be supervised by an adult (18 and above) at all times. Any issues that occur will be the adult's responsibility.

4. For individuals buying multiple tickets on behalf of others, they will be fully responsible for the tickets and to give to the rightful owners.

5. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.

6. Purchase of a ticket does not grant permission for any attendees to use, alter, copy and/or other means for the logos and intellectual properties displayed on the ticket.

7. Ticket2u ticket purchases and other services available will collect information from attendees in order to process the ticket order. The information  is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. By registering under Ticket2u, all registrants and attendees provide his/her consent to Ticket2u / the organiser to process the shared information (in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy) and allows sponsors, partners, and / or authorised parties for marketing materials which includes information on future events, promotions, and / or other marketing activities.

Purchase from Unauthorised Sources

1. Only tickets purchased from the Ticket2u page (link) and event day (at the Fantasy Anime Expo 2 ticket booth) are valid for hall entry. Purchases made outside the mentioned sources will be barred from entering the event.

2. Further authorised sources will be mentioned accordingly on the organiser's social media platforms and other relevant sites.

Delay & Postponement

1.  Any form of exhange, refund, or cancellation of tickets will not be entertained under any means possible, unless permitted by the conditions below.

2. In the event of postponement, the purchased tickets for the original event date will become valid and usable for the new event date. Unless stated otherwise by the organiser.

3. The organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to the following reasons: government influence, weather, public endangerment, and / or other causes outside the organiser's control.

Cancellation

2. The organiser shall not be held liable for any expenses, damages, and/or losses due to the event postponement, cancellation, and / or interruption that are outside the organizer's control.

3. If an attendee are unable to attend the event, no exchange, refund, or cancellation will be entertained under any means possible.

Changes to Event

1. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, and / or substitute any artists, performers, programmes, time slots, seat arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

2. The organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to the following reasons: government influence, weather, public endangerment, and/or other causes outside the organiser's control.

Assumption of Risk

1. Attendees voluntarily participate in the event assuming the risks and dangers to occur before, during, and / or after the event. This includes not limited to death, personal injury, loss, damage, and / or liability.

Other Terms & Condition

1. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and / or remove an attendee from the premises if he / she is found not complying to the rules and regulations set forth by the organiser and / or venue.

2. During event day, attendees agree to cooperate with staff for search of prohibited items, not limited to: weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices. This term also applies during entry to the event.

3. Ticket2U / Organiser reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions, stated here, anytime without prior notice.
