9.3KM Open Category Run & 5KM Fun Run
Important Notice
Participants are advised to read the Terms & Conditions before participating in the run. The Terms & Conditions are intended to assist in directing an event to ensure the safety of all participants and to meet requirements of the local government permits.
Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor if they are in doubt of their health condition prior to taking part in the run.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The 9.3KM Open Category is open to participants aged 18 years old and above.
1.2 The 5KM Fun Run is open to participants aged 5 years old and above.
1.3 Participants below 18 years old must obtain parental/guardian consent.
1.4 Participants must be physically fit and in good health to participate.
1.5 Those who are found running with an unauthorized race number/bib will be disqualified.
2. Registration
2.1 Registration will be closed on 31st May 2026; 5:00PM. No walk-in registration on event day will be entertained.
2.2 Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
2.3 Registration fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to close registration once the participant limit is reached.
2.5 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person who gives incorrect personal data/details on the entry form, or who is suspected of having taken illegal substances. No refund of entry fee will be arranged.
3. Race Categories
9.3KM Open Category – Competitive category with prize awards.
5KM Fun Run – Non-competitive category. No official timing.
3.1 Each participant will be awarded a Finisher Medal upon completing the run. All participants can retrieve their E-certificates from the website https://www.ticket2u.com.my after the run.
4. Runner's Kit Collection
4.1 Participants MUST collect their Runners Kit (Bib & Jersey) in person or via an authorized person by presenting the copy of Official Receipt and identity card or passport on the date below. NO collection of Runner's Kit will be made on the event day.

4.2 Uncollected race packs will be considered forfeited.
4.3 The Organiser is not responsible for damaged or lost race packs after collection.
5. Safety & Medical
5.1 The race route consists of gravel roads and narrow single trails through oil palm plantations, including stair sections that may be uneven and slippery; participants are strongly advised to wear proper trail running shoes with good grip for safety.
5.2 The Organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, or death arising from participation.
5.3 Medical assistance will be available during the event; however, participants are responsible for their own medical expenses.
5.4 The Organisers reserves the right to stop any participant deemed physically unfit to continue.
6. Event Rules / Run Course Monitoring
6.1 Participants must wear the official race bib at all times during the run.
6.2 Bib numbers are non-transferable.
6.3 No pets, bicycles, rollerblades, or motorised vehicles are allowed on the race route.
6.4 Any participant who refuses to obey the directions or instructions from the Organiser, officials, or marshals (collectively called “Officials”), conducts himself/herself in an unsportsmanlike manner or is offensive by action or language to the Officials, volunteers, participants or spectators may be disqualified from the event by the Officials.
6.5 Any participant who has been found to have gained an unfair advantage by intentionally shortening the route of the run (“cutting the run course”) shall be immediately disqualified from the event.
6.6 No persons are authorized to be on the run course unless they are registered participants or those approved by the Organiser. Therefore, no person shall be allowed to accompany a participant if he/she is not registered in the run or has been approved by the Organiser.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the event date, time, route, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, government regulations).
7.2 Should the run be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser (including heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made and the Organiser shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
8. Photography & Publicity
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings of participants for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1 By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of personal information for event administration and communication purposes.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for this event, you are confirming that you and/or person under your care have read and accepted the terms and conditions for this event. If I am aged < 18 years, I will have these terms and conditions viewed & agreed by my legal guardian through this online entry process in order for me to participate in the event, and that my legal guardian will be responsible for my safety during the event.
I hereby agree not to hold the Organiser and co-organisers, their representatives and sponsors (collectively called “Organiser”) against all costs, expenses or liabilities that may arise in consequence of my participation and/or participation of the person under my care in this event.
I hereby waive all claims for any injuries, death and invalidity to me and/or the person under my care which may be caused by any act, or failure to act by the Organiser, arising directly or indirectly before, during and after the event.
In consideration & in return for being allowed to participate in the run, I release and agree not to sue the Organiser from all present and future claims regarding my participation in the run that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns.
