CONCERT ETIQUETTE
1. Admits one person per ticket only.
2. Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted.
3. Late comers will not be admitted until there is a suitable break during performances or during intermission. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or price adjustments if you arrive late for a performance.
4. Ipoh Arts Collective ("ORGANISER") reserves the right to vary, substitute and/or withdraw the programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements as advertised without prior notice.
5. No flash photography and videography are allowed during the progress of the performance.
6. All mobile phones, electronic devices and watch alarms are to be switched off before entering the auditorium.
7. Dress code: whatever you choose to wear, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the performance, from jeans to formal! However, no shorts and slippers/sandals are allowed.
8. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of any person accompanying you.
9. Ipoh Arts Collective ("ORGANISER") may also collect and use your personal information to provide you with information about our future concerts, activities and events which may be of interest to you or to request your support for the musical.
TICKET POLICIES
1. A Transaction Confirmation, and E-ticket(s) with Ticket ID (QR code) will be sent to the Ticket Buyer's registered e-mail once a successful purchase is confirmed.
Note: It is important that you provide us with a valid email address. Ticket2U will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the "Transaction Confirmation" due to an incorrect email address provided.
2. All tickets sold by Ticket2U Sdn Bhd (Ticket2U) are sold as an agent on behalf of the Ipoh Arts Collective ("ORGANISER").
3. Ticket2U will not be responsible if you encounter any loss in internet connection during the payment process. In the event your credit card is charged but seats are not secured, Ticket2U will refund the amount charged to you IN FULL.
4. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
5. The Ticket Buyer shall be responsible for all tickets purchased. Ticket2U the ORGANISER are not obliged to re-issue, exchange or compensate any damaged tickets. Any damage to the tickets may result in the ticket holder not being allowed to enter the event venue.
6. Payment via Local Bank Transfers (FPX), VISA and MASTER Credit Cards* are accepted. AMEX is currently NOT accepted.
