Terms and Conditions
1. Verification and Complimentary Entry:
- MyKad/MyKid/OKU card or valid identification must be presented at the ticket counter for age or eligibility verification.
- Failure to present the required documents will result in the need to purchase a full-price entry ticket.
2. Ticket Purchase and Entry Conditions:
- All tickets are sold online and issued electronically.
- No refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstances.
- Children aged 12 and below, OKU with OKU Card and senior citizens aged 60 and above, can enter for free by providing valid identification at the Ticketing Counter.
- Tickets are valid for single day use only and re-entry on the same day is permitted.
3. Purchaser Responsibilities:
- Ensure tickets are not shared with third parties.
- Multiple ticket purchasers are responsible for managing the tickets under their purchase.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
4. Identity Verification:
- Purchasers must present the confirmation email with a QR code and a valid identification card upon entry.
- Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in entry refusal.
5. Ticket Use and Resale:
- A valid QR code ticket is required for entry. Tampering with the QR code will invalidate the ticket.
- Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, and such tickets will be rendered invalid.
- Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets are not the responsibility of Virbiz Events.
6. Access Control:
- Virbiz Events reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject individuals who fail to comply with the rules or exhibit inappropriate behavior.
7. Event Changes and Cancellations:
- Virbiz Events reserves the right to change event details, including schedules, programs, or artists, without prior notice.
- In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.
8. Risk Assumption and Consent:
- Ticket holders assume all risks associated with the event.
- Entry to the event signifies consent to any security checks for prohibited items.
9. Data Privacy and Use:
- Information collected during ticket registration will be used in accordance with the Virbiz Events Privacy Policy.
- Registrants consent to receive promotional communications from Virbiz Events and its partners.
