1. Ticket Policy All tickets are strictly non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual. Transferred tickets must be presented and redeemed at the registration counter on the event day.
2. Delegate Grouping Delegate groupings are assigned at random. The organiser reserves the right to determine, amend, or reassign group allocations as deemed appropriate.
3. Programme Changes The programme is subject to change at the discretion of the Medical Committee. This includes, but is not limited to, speakers, topics, and session schedules.
4. Medical Disclaimer The views, opinions, and information shared by health professionals during MBCS26 reflect their knowledge and understanding at the time of presentation. Event content is intended for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation. The secretariat, organiser, and Medical Committee shall not be held liable for any reliance on the information provided.
5. Photography and Recording Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By attending, delegates grant consent for their image, likeness, and voice to be used for event documentation and promotional purposes, without entitlement to compensation.
6. Personal Liability The organiser shall not be held responsible for any personal accidents, illnesses, loss, or damage to private property incurred during the summit.
7. Amendments to Terms The organiser reserves the right to amend, replace, or discontinue any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, as deemed necessary, without prior notice.
