UNITY RUN 5KM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Event Information
•Event Name: Unity Run 5KM @ Grace Point
•Distance: 5KM Fun Run
•Date & Time: 1st May 2026 & 5th July 2025 @ 5pm
•Venue: Grace Point Food Court, Sembulan
2. Eligibility
•Open to participants aged 7 years and above.
•Participants under 18 must obtain parent/guardian consent.
•Participants must be physically fit and in good health.
3. Registration
•All registrations must be completed via the official registration platform.
•Registration is confirmed only upon full payment received.
•All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
4. Race Entitlements
Each registered participant will receive:
•Official Unity Run T-shirt & Bib Number
•Finisher medal (Part 1 / Part 2 collectible concept if applicable)
•Refreshments / water stations during or after the run
5. Race Pack Collection
•Participants must collect their race pack before event day.

Run 2: 28th June 2026
•Time:
Run 1: 12pm - 3pm
Run2: 12pm - 3pm
•Venue: Grace Point Food Court, Sembulan
•Participants must present confirmation email or ID or E-ticket
6. Safety & Responsibility
•Participants run at their own risk.
•The organizer shall not be held responsible for:
•Any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
•Participants are advised to:
•Wear appropriate attire
•Stay hydrated
•Follow all safety instructions
7. Route & Conduct
•Participants must follow the designated route.
•Cutting the route or misconduct may result in disqualification.
•Participants must respect:
•Other runners
•Event staff and volunteers
•Public property
8. Medical & Emergency
•Basic medical assistance will be available on-site.
•Participants with medical conditions should:
•Seek doctor’s advice before participating
•Inform organizers if necessary
9. Event Changes / Force Majeure
•The organizer reserves the right to:
•Change event details (date, time, route) if necessary
•In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns), the event may be:
•Postponed or cancelled without refund
10. Photography & Media
•Participants consent to the use of:
•Photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event
•Materials may be used for:
•Marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes
11. Liability Waiver
By registering, participants agree:
•They have read and understood all Terms & Conditions
•They participate voluntarily and assume all risks involved
•The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage
12. Completion & Medal Entitlement
•Only participants who complete the run will receive the finisher medal
•If this is a 2-part Unity Medal Series:
•Participants must complete both runs to receive the full combined medal
13. General
•The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
•Any disputes will be subject to the organizer’s final decision.
14. Grand Prize – Run 1
•There will be ONE (1) Grand Prize winner only for Run 1.
•The winner will be the fastest participant to complete the 5KM route.
•The Grand Prize is:
•3 Days 2 Nights Stay at Executive Suite at Pan Pacific Sutera Harbour Resort
•The organizer’s official timing system (or appointed timekeepers) will determine the winner.
•The organizer’s decision is final and binding, and no disputes will be entertained.
15. Grand Prize – Run 2
•The Grand Prize for Run 2 will be announced at a later date.
•Participants are encouraged to follow official channels for updates.
16. Prize Terms
•The Grand Prize:
•Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
•Must be redeemed according to the hotel’s terms and availability
•The organizer is not responsible for:
•Blackout dates, booking limitations, or additional charges imposed by the hotel
17. Eligibility for Grand Prize
•Participants must:
•Be officially registered
•Complete the full 5KM route
•Comply with all race rules and regulations
•Any form of cheating, route-cutting, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
