1. Please redeem your tickets with the QR code that will be sent to your email after your purchase. The redemption counter will be place at the entrance during the event.

2. If we are open for early redemption before the event, details of the location will be announced in our official social media.

3. Ticket sold is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not for resale and non-replaceable.

4. Nijigen Expo reserves the right to deny your entry if you have violated the rules in the event.

5. Nijigen Expo reserves the right to vary and amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

6. Nijigen Expo ticket is only sold via Ticket2U.com.my. There is no other third party selling the ticket.

7. We are not responsible for any damage or fraud caused by any third-party sales.

8. Each ticket price EXCLUDES booking fees.
