PDX2026 — Registration Terms & Conditions

Organised by OPERION Ecommerce & Software Sdn Bhd

By purchasing conference tickets, registering exhibition booths, or attending PDX2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

1. All payments (conference tickets and exhibition booth registrations) must be made in full before confirmation is issued.
2. Registration is only valid upon official confirmation from OPERION Ecommerce & Software Sdn Bhd.
3. The organiser reserves the right to cancel unpaid, incomplete, or suspicious registrations.
4. Payments must be made directly to OPERION Ecommerce & Software Sdn Bhd based on the issued invoice.
5. Orders and booth reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
6. The organiser is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised agents, third parties, or resellers.
7. Conference tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organiser.
8. Exhibition booth ownership cannot be transferred, sublet, or shared without written approval from the organiser.

2. Admission Policy

1. Attendees must present a valid QR code / confirmation email for entry.
2. Exhibitors must check-in using official registration credentials issued by the organiser.
3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if:

• The ticket or pass is duplicated, altered, or invalid
• The participant behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner
• Event rules or Malaysian law are violated

4. Identification verification may be requested.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement

1. All conference ticket purchases and booth registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.
2. If the event is postponed, registrations remain valid for the new date.
3. The organiser reserves the right to change speakers, agenda, programme, or layout without refund eligibility.
4. Conference ticket name replacement may be allowed up to 7 days before the event upon written request.
5. Booth cancellation by exhibitor will not qualify for refund, credit, or transfer unless approved by the organiser.

4. Programme & Layout Changes

1. The organiser reserves the right to modify:

• Speakers
• Topics
• Schedule
• Hall layout or booth position (if required for operational reasons)

2. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

5. Recording & Media Release

1. The event will be photographed and recorded.
2. By attending, participants grant the organiser rights to photograph, record, and use images/video/audio for marketing, publicity, documentation, and future promotion without compensation.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

1. All participants must maintain professional conduct.
2. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment
• Aggressive or misleading sales activities
• Distribution of unauthorised promotional materials
• Recording full sessions without permission

3. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant or exhibitor without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

1. The organiser is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Loss of belongings
• Damage to property

2. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
3. The organiser is not liable for external factors including weather, travel issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All presentation materials remain the intellectual property of the speakers and organiser. Recording, redistribution, resale, or publication without permission is prohibited.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

By registering, participants consent to their data being used for event administration, networking facilitation, and related communications. Data may be shared with official event partners strictly for event purposes.

10. Force Majeure

If the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, the organiser may postpone or convert the event format. Registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
