WARRIOR RUN 6.0 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Event Name: WARRIOR RUN 7.0
1.2 Date: 23 MAY 2026
1.3 Venue: DEWAN TUNKU CHANSELOR, UNIVERSITI MALAYA, KUALA LUMPUR
1.4 Organizer: KOLEJ KEDIAMAN KETIGA BELAS & PALAPES DARAT UM
By registering for WARRIOR RUN 6.0, all participants agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Participants must be in good health and physically capable of completing the run.
2.2 Participants below 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Indemnity Form (compulsory) before participating. The complete Indemnity Form must be presented on the race pack collection day.
2.3 The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant deemed unfit, uncooperative, or in violation of event rules.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1 Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
3.2 Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3.3 Participants must provide accurate information during registration. The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details.
3.4 The organizer reserves the right to close registration at any time without prior notice.
4. EVENT RULES & SAFETY
4.1 All participants must wear the official running bib provided by the organizers.
4.2 Participants must follow the designated race route and comply with the instructions of race officials and marshals.
4.3 No unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, skates, or pets are allowed on the race course.
4.4 Any form of cheating, such as skipping obstacles, taking shortcuts, or using unauthorized assistance, will result in immediate disqualification.
4.5 Participants are responsible for their own safety and must be aware of their physical limits. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during the event.
4.6 In case of severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be delayed, modified, or canceled. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
5.1 Participants acknowledge the risks involved in the event and agree to participate at their own risk.
5.2 The organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or damages incurred during the event.
5.3 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, event staff, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from their participation.
6. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
6.1 Medical personnel will be on standby, but participants are responsible for their own health and fitness before participating.
6.2 In case of medical emergencies, participants agree to receive treatment from the event’s medical team and bear any associated costs.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RIGHTS
7.1 The organizer reserves the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
7.2 Participants grant full permission for their likeness to be used without compensation.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
8.1 Participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and respect fellow participants, volunteers, and event staff.
8.2 Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.
9. RACE PACK COLLECTION
9.1 Participants must collect their race pack on the designated date and venue announced by the organizer.
9.2 A valid identification document (ID/passport) or confirmation email must be presented during collection.
9.3 Participants below 18 years old must bring and show the completed Indemnity Form during race pack collection. Without the completed form, race packs will not be issued.
9.4 There will be no counter for race pack collection on the event day. Participants who are unable to attend the designated collection venue on the assigned date may authorize someone to collect on their behalf. The authorized person must present a copy of the participant’s ID and confirmation email during collection.
9.5 Uncollected race packs will not be refunded or mailed after the event.
10. EVENT CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government regulations.
10.2 No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation due to force majeure.
11. AGREEMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering and participating in WARRIOR RUN 7.0, all participants agree to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. The organizer’s decisions regarding any disputes or rule enforcement shall be final and binding.
