Terms & Conditions for Registration Transfer

By using the Registration Transfer Platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Transfer Fee

• A RM20 transfer fee will be charged for each successful registration transfer.

• This fee is non-refundable.

2. Platform Role & Responsibility

• The organiser only provides the platform for runners to update and transfer registration details.

• Any additional payment, negotiation, or agreement between the original runner and the new runner is strictly between both parties.

• The organiser is not involved, does not mediate, and will not be responsible for any disputes arising from runner-to-runner arrangements.

3. Postage Add-On Policy

• For registrations that previously included postage:

  • The postage add-on will be automatically cancelled upon transfer.

  • All postage fees paid will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • The new runner will be required to choose self-collection during race kit collection.

4. Non-Changeable Items

The following details cannot be changed during the transfer process:

• T-shirt size

• Race category / distance / gender

5. Accuracy of Information

• Runners are responsible for ensuring that all personal information submitted during the transfer is accurate and complete.

• The organiser will not be held liable for any issues caused by incorrect information provided.

6. Finality of Transfer

• Once a transfer is completed and approved, it is considered final.

• No further changes, reversals, or swapping back of registrations will be allowed.

7. Event Rules Apply

• The new runner will be bound by all event rules and regulations, as stated on the event’s official website or communication platforms.
