SWS REGIONAL CUP

LYL International Karting Circuit organises and promotes the event named SWS Regional Cup 2026. The SWS Regional Cup is a series of qualifier karting event that give drivers in the Sodi World Series (SWS) a final chance to qualify for the SWS International Finals in the Sprint Cup category. It will be held at LYL International Karting Circuit, Lot 683, Jalan Persiaran Bukit Enggang, Sg Long Hill, Sungai Long, 43200 Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia. This is a private event runs on commercial ‘arrive and drive’ basis and only drivers with enough prior participation in SWS Sprint events (minimum 6 results in the previous season) can enter this SWS Regional Cup race. The top finisher (one driver) will earn a free spot at the International Finals.

1. Eligibility

• Drivers must have a valid SWS driver account (DIN number).

• Drivers must meet the minimum 6 results in the previous 2025 season.

• Participants must meet the minimum age of 15 years old.

• Drivers under 18 must submit signed parental/guardian consent.

2. Registration & Entry

• Registration must be completed through the official SWS system or directly with our circuit.

• Entry is only confirmed upon full payment of the event fee.

• Entry fees are non-transferable and subject to our event refund policy.

3. Sporting Regulations

• The event will be conducted in accordance with official SWS Regional Cup sporting regulations.

• The race format (practice, qualifying, heats, finals) will be determined and communicated by the organizer.

• All drivers must attend the mandatory drivers’ briefing.

4. Organizer Rights

• The track operator reserves the right to amend the event schedule due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

• The organizer may refuse entry or remove any participant who fails to comply with the rules.

• Entry for this event is on a first come, first served basis as the slots are limited. Entries are confirmed when accompanied with full payment.
• Morningreen Sdn Bhd (LYL International Karting Circuit) has the right to refuse an entry for whatever reason.
• Driver must 15 years old and above.
• Entry confirmation will be considered valid only after  Morningreen Sdn Bhd (LYL International Karting Circuit) has received both the completed indemnity forms and full payment.  Each driver is required to individually complete and sign indemnity form.
• Should the individual decide to cancel, they will be subject to a RM300 administration fee or full amount will be brought forward for next round. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of any prior payments. Entry fees are a non-refundable and non-transferable.
