Requirements for Clothing, Props and Attire:
• It is prohibited to wear clothing that is considered overly revealing or indecent (following the principle that "no clothing is considered clothing"), as well as any clothing or props that are deemed offensive or otherwise unacceptable.
• Clothing and accessories should not expose any part of the body in any way, to avoid being regarded as indecent exposure by the authorities, regulatory bodies, and the general public.
• The clothing worn by attendees at the venue must not impede or obstruct the flow of people or entrances.
• Participants wearing cumbersome clothing, clothing that obscures vision, or clothing with large extensions (such as wings or spikes) should be assigned an "assistant" to assist them in passing through corridors and crowds.
• Functional wheels cannot be used as part of clothing or props (for example, anything that can be ridden, pushed or pulled). We appreciate your creativity, but please reserve the wheeled clothing/props for photography purposes only.
• All large props or any similar weapon props (including guns, swords, spears, whips, bows and arrows, etc.) must undergo weapon inspection and be verified and labeled by the prop inspection counter staff to ensure their safety. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in being expelled from the venue and not being allowed to enter.
• No clothing can realistically depict the Malaysian law enforcement agencies or government institutions, such as the Malaysian Royal Police (RMP) uniforms, military uniforms, naval uniforms, air force uniforms, emergency medical personnel uniforms, or any official government agents. Participants are prohibited from wearing, using, or displaying any uniforms of the Malaysian Royal Police, military, navy, or air force, or any badges or symbols that indicate they are members of the Malaysian Royal Police or military, navy, or air force.
• The organizer reserves the absolute right and sole discretion to determine whether your attire complies with the above regulations and to require you to remove or modify the attire. If you refuse to cooperate, in order to protect the safety and well-being of all participants in the event, we may expel you from the event.
• The cosplayer parade only has jurisdiction over the exhibition area. Outside of the exhibition area, role-playing may not be permitted or accepted.
Security check procedures:
• Present the relevant proof of registration.
• Staff will check the dimensions of the props (special instructions are required for items exceeding 2 meters).
• After passing the inspection, please proceed to queue and prepare accordingly.
List of Prohibited Items (must be publicly displayed):
• ❌ Real weapons (knives, swords, firearms and other metal items, anti-fake guns).
•❌ Flammable and explosive items (lighters, alcohol, sprays).
• ❌ Sharp objects (needles, nails, glassware and other items that are prone to causing injuries).
• ❌ Dispersed items (ribbons, paper scraps, powders).
• ❌ Open flames, dry ice, smoke machines.
Basic Requirements for Participants' Hygiene Responsibility:
Personal Item Management:
• Costume and Props: All costumes and props must be kept by oneself. They are not allowed to be piled up randomly and occupy the public passageways.
• Garbage disposal: Personal waste (such as tissues, packaging bags, cosmetic containers, etc.) must be placed in the designated trash bins.
Audience Area/Passageway:
• Prohibition of stack: It is strictly forbidden to stack props or backpacks in the passageways or emergency exits.
• Ground protection: Avoid dragging props to scratch the floor. Large props should be carried instead.

• 服装或道具不得安装可实际使用的轮子(例如可骑乘、推动或拉动的装置)。我们欣赏您的创意,但带轮子的服装或道具仅限用于拍照用途。
• 所有大型道具或任何类似武器的道具(包括枪支、刀剑、长矛、鞭子、弓箭等)必须经过武器检查,并由道具检查柜台工作人员确认、贴标以确保安全。未遵守规定者,可能会被要求离场并禁止进入场馆。
• 禁止穿着真实仿制马来西亚执法机构或政府部门制服,例如马来西亚皇家警察(RMP)、军队、海军、空军、医护急救人员或任何官方政府人员制服。参与者不得穿戴、使用或展示任何马来西亚皇家警察、军队、海军、空军制服,或任何可表明其为相关单位成员的徽章或标志。
• 主办方保留最终解释权及绝对酌情决定权,以判断您的着装是否符合上述规定,并有权要求您移除或修改相关服装。如拒绝配合,为保障所有参与者的安全与福祉,主办方有权将您请离现场。
• Cosplayer 游行活动的管理权限仅限于展览区域内。在展览区域以外,角色扮演行为可能不被允许或不被认可。
安检流程:
•出示报名的相关证明。
• 工作人员检查道具尺寸(超过 2 米者需特别说明及指示)。
• 通过检查后,排队准备一下。
禁止携带物品清单(须公开展示):
• ❌ 真实武器(刀具、剑类、枪支及其他金属武器、仿真枪)。
• ❌ 易燃易爆物品(打火机、酒精、喷雾类物品)。
• ❌ 尖锐物品(针、钉子、玻璃制品及其他易造成伤害的物品)。
• ❌ 易散落物品(丝带、纸屑、粉末等)。
• ❌ 明火、干冰、烟雾机。
参与者基本卫生责任要求:
个人物品管理:
• 服装及道具:所有服装与道具须自行妥善保管,不得随意堆放或占用公共通道。
• 垃圾处理:个人垃圾(如纸巾、包装袋、化妆品容器等)必须投放至指定垃圾桶。
观众区 / 通道管理:
• 禁止堆放:严禁在通道或紧急出口处堆放道具或背包。
• 地面保护:避免拖拉道具刮伤地面。大型道具应以手持方式搬运。
