音樂會條款與細則（Terms & Conditions）

1. 入場與門票（Admission & Tickets）

• 每張門票僅限 一人一次入場，入場時須出示有效門票（電子或列印）。

• 請確保電子郵箱正確， 方便主辦單位聯係您。

• 主辦單位有權拒絕無有效門票或違反場地規則者入場。

• 門票售出後 不設退款、不設更換、不設轉讓，除非主辦單位另行公告

₂. _{自由入座條款（Free Seating）}

• 本活動採用 自由入座（Free Seating） 制度，座位將依觀眾 入場先後順序 自行選擇。

• 主辦單位 不保證特定座位或視角，敬請提早入場以獲得理想座位。

• 一人一座，嚴禁以個人物品佔位；主辦單位有權清理無人看管之佔位物品。

• 觀眾須依照現場工作人員指示入座，並遵守場地秩序。

• 若因安全或現場安排需要，主辦單位有權調整座位配置或安排，恕不另行通知。

• 因自由入座所引起之任何不便或糾紛，主辦單位保留最終處理權，且不作退款或賠償。

2. 活動變更或取消（Event Changes / Cancellation）

• 主辦單位保留更改活動日期、時間、場地或節目的權利。

• 若因不可抗力因素（包括但不限於天氣、政府限制、疫情、技術問題等）導致活動取消，退款安排將由主辦單位另行通知。

• 已產生之手續費、交通費或住宿費恕不負責。

3. 遲到與重新入場（Late Arrival & Re-entry）

• 遲到觀眾可能需依工作人員安排於適當時間入場。

• 除非另有標示，離場後要再次入場需出示如門票/根據工作人員指示與安排。

4. 安全與行為（Safety & Conduct）

• 嚴禁攜帶危險物品、非法物品或任何可能影響活動安全之物品。

• 場內禁止任何形式的暴力、騷擾或影響他人觀賞體驗之行為。

• 主辦單位有權請違規者離場，且不作退款。

5. 攝影與錄影（Photography & Recording）

• 除非另有允許，禁止直播。

• 主辦單位有權使用活動期間拍攝之照片或影片作宣傳用途。

6. 個人財物（Personal Belongings）

• 請自行保管個人財物，主辦單位對任何遺失或損壞概不負責。

7. 條款修改權（Amendments）

• 主辦單位保留隨時修改本條款與細則之權利，恕不另行通知。

• 所有最終解釋權歸主辦單位所有。
  
  

  
  

  Concert Terms & Conditions

  1. Admission & Tickets

  • Each ticket admits one person for one-time entry only. A valid ticket (e-ticket or printed copy) must be presented upon admission.

  • Please ensure that your email address is correct to allow the Organizer to contact you if necessary.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without a valid ticket or who violates venue rules.

  • All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

• 2. Free Seating

  • This event adopts a Free Seating arrangement. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The Organizer does not guarantee specific seats or viewing angles. Early arrival is encouraged to secure preferred seating.

  • One person per seat. Reserving seats using personal belongings is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to remove unattended items.

  • Attendees must follow the instructions of on-site staff and comply with venue regulations.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements or configurations due to safety or operational requirements without prior notice.

  • Any inconvenience or disputes arising from the free seating arrangement shall be subject to the Organizer’s final decision, with no refunds or compensation provided.

• 3. Event Changes / Cancellation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or program content.

  • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, pandemics, or technical issues), refund arrangements will be announced by the Organizer.

  • The Organizer shall not be responsible for any incurred fees, transportation, or accommodation costs.

• 4. Late Arrival & Re-entry

  • Latecomers may be admitted at an appropriate time, subject to the instructions of on-site staff.

  • Re-entry after exiting the venue is subject to staff instructions and may require the presentation of a valid ticket.

• 5. Safety & Conduct

  • The bringing of any dangerous, illegal, or safety-threatening items into the venue is strictly prohibited.

  • Any form of violence, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the experience of others is not allowed.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules from the venue without refund.

• 6. Photography & Recording

  • Live streaming is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by the Organizer.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to use photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• 7. Personal Belongings

  • Attendees are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

• 8. Amendments & Final Decision

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions and interpretations of these Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
