Terms & Conditions

1. Ticketing & Entry

Admission is subject to a valid ticket. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with event rules, venue regulations, or safety protocols.

2. Refund & Seating Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed, seating assignments are fixed and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

3. Event Modifications

The Organiser reserves the right to alter the date, time, venue, or programme lineup without prior notice should circumstances require such changes.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees must behave in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

5. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The Organiser may use such media for promotional or commercial purposes without further compensation or notification.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after the event.

7. Data Privacy (PDPA)

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010, all personal information collected will be used solely for event management and security purposes and will be protected accordingly.

8. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or government-mandated restrictions.

9. Payment & Charges

Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional processing or transaction fees are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
