Eligibility.
- Individuals aged 7 years old and above.
- Parents/guardian are allowed to bring children below the age of 7 at their own risk. Parents shall take full responsibility for their children’s safety and wellbeing before, during and after AEON CHARITY RUN 2026.NO registration is required for children aged below 7 years and therefore they will not be entitled for t-shirt, finisher medal, etc. The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for the safety and wellbeing of any child below the age of 7 years.
- AEON CHARITY RUN 2026 will be conducted in accordance with the official running event rules. Age qualification is determined as of 31 December 2026.
Registration.

Note:
i. Any online registration without online payment will be considered invalid. Please ensure payment is made during registration.
ii. No refunds will be issued for wrongful or multiple registrations.
iii. Postal entries are not accepted.
iv. The decision of the Competition Committee is final. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry without providing a reason.
Race Pack.
Race pack consists of Running Tee, a number bib and safety pins.
Please be advised that the quantity of the Running Tees’ ordered according to sizes are limited, therefore the distribution shall be carried out on first-come, first-served basis.
Race Pack Delivery.
Home or office delivery is available at RM 10.00 per race pack for major towns and cities in West Malaysia only.
Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the race pack. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (during working hours). We recommend using your office address (if you will be at work during the delivery period.)
Finisher Medal.
Finisher medals will be distributed at the finish line to all participants. No claims will be entertained after the event.
Drink Station.
There will be 3 drink station placed at approximately every 2.5km for the 10km runners.
There will be 1 drink station at approximately 2.5 or 3km mark for the 5km runners.
Water will be served in paper cups.
Refreshment.
Each participant shall receive 1 bottle of water, 1 cream roll & a banana upon completion of the run at the finish area. No claims will be entertained after the event.
Goodies.
Each participant will receive a goodie bag upon completion of the run at the finish area. No claims will be entertained after the event.

Registration Closing Date.
Registration will close on 28 June 2026 or upon reaching the maximum of 3,000 participants, whichever comes first.
Terms & Conditions
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.
The organizers reserve the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
