TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration Fee
The registration fee includes workshop materials, certificate of attendance, and refreshments (where applicable).

2. Payment Terms
Upon receipt of a completed registration, an invoice will be issued. Full payment must be made within five (5) working days from the invoice date and prior to the programme. Only participants with full payment received will be admitted to the programme. All bank charges or transfer fees shall be borne by the participant.

3. Substitution & Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may attend at no additional cost. Written notification of substitution must be submitted at least five (5) working days prior to the programme date. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations. However, written cancellations received at least five (5) working days prior to the programme may be issued a credit voucher for use in future MWA/MyWA programmes. Participants who fail to attend without prior written notice will be considered a “no show”, and the full fee remains payable.

4. Changes to Programme
MWA/MyWA reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary. Every effort will be made to ensure the programme proceeds as advertised. In the event of postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, MWA/MyWA shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants.

5. Personal Data & Marketing Consent
By registering, participants consent to MWA/MyWA collecting and using their personal information for administrative purposes and future communications related to MWA/MyWA programmes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All workshop materials are the intellectual property of MWA/MyWA and/or the speakers. Reproduction, distribution, or use of the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.
