THE PRELUDE (Showcase by Fairuz selamat and Iz Yusof)

1. The organizer reserves the right to (i) take possession of the ticket ; or (ii) refuse entry to any person who:
   • cannot produce a valid ticket;
   • presents a ticket that has not been purchased from the website or other authorised points of sale;
   • presents a ticket that is defaced or becomes illegible, or if it is reasonably suspected that the ticket is a stolen ticket or is a counterfeit; or
   • breaches or is attempting to breach any of these terms and conditions.
2. No cancellations are allowed after purchase is made.
3. Ticket may only be used by ticket holder only to gain admissions to the relevant Event and not for any other purposes.
4. The organizer  may, at any time, without notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, relocate the Event, change, restrict admission to or stop the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Seat(s) are on a first come, first serve basis on the Event day.
6. By participating in the Event, the guests shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that the organizer may issue from time to time.
7. The organizer reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
