1. Registration

• All participants must register online by providing accurate personal details including full name, NRIC/Passport number, gender, contact number, email address, and emergency contact information.
• Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email as proof of registration.
• Participants must present a valid identification document (NRIC or Passport) during Event Entry Pack Collection (EEPC).
• Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Eligibility

• The event is open to participants aged 13 years and above.
• Participants under 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• All participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the event.

3. Event Participation

• The Asahan Fun Trail 2026 is a non-competitive recreational event designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and community participation.
• Participants must follow the designated trail route and obey all instructions from event officials, marshals, and volunteers.
• Participants must respect all safety signage, route markers, and checkpoint instructions along the trail.

4. Environmental Responsibility

• Participants are required to respect the natural environment throughout the trail route.
• Littering is strictly prohibited. Please dispose of waste only at designated waste points.
• Participants are encouraged to follow the “Leave No Trace” principle while participating in the event.

5. Safety & Medical Assistance

• Basic first aid and medical assistance will be available during the event.
• Participants acknowledge that trail activities carry inherent risks, including injury or accidents, and participate at their own risk.
• The organizer reserves the right to stop any participant from continuing if they are deemed medically unfit or unsafe to proceed.
• In case of emergency, participants should contact the event emergency number or approach the nearest marshal or checkpoint.

6. Weather & Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, route, or arrangements if necessary to ensure the safety of participants.
• In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other unsafe situations), the organizer may delay, modify, postpone, or cancel the event.
• If the event is postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer shall not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by participants.
• All decisions made by the organizer regarding event safety and continuation are final.

7. Photography & Media Consent

• By participating in Asahan Fun Trail 2026, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during the event.
• Participants grant the organizer the right to use, publish, and distribute these images or recordings for promotional, marketing, documentation, and media purposes.
• These materials may be used on websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertisements, and future event campaigns without any compensation to participants.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the organizer prior to the event.

8.  Participant Entitlements

All registered and paid participants of Asahan Fun Trail 2026 will be entitled to receive:

• Official Event Running T-Shirt
• Finisher Medal upon completing the trail
• Goodies from Vendor participate
• Free Entry Ticket to Asahan Water Theme Park

Participant entitlements are non-transferable and will only be provided to registered participants

9. Refund Policy

• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
• If a participant is unable to attend the event, the registration cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• The organizer reserves the right to postpone or modify the event schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control.
• In the event of postponement, the participant’s registration will remain valid for the new event date.

Organizer Rights & Disclaimer

• The organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any rules, regulations, or event details at any time if deemed necessary for the smooth organization and safety of the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to limit participation, refuse entry, or remove any participant who fails to comply with the event rules, behaves in an unsafe manner, or causes disruption during the event.
• Participants agree to follow all instructions given by event officials, marshals, and volunteers throughout the duration of the event.
• The organizer, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• By registering for Asahan Fun Trail 2026, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions set by the organizer.
