Event T&C:

1. Early Bird Ticket Discount Deadline: 10 May 2026 (11:59pm)
2. Enjoy a RM10 group discount when purchasing 5 tickets. Valid for all ticket types. If you wish to purchase more than 5 tickets, you are advisable to do the transaction separately (with 5 tickets on each transaction) to enjoy the group discount.
3. Entry Requirements:
   - Children under the age of 7 will NOT be admitted.
   - Attendees are expected to wear appropriate attire suitable for a public event.
4. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
5. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
6. Physical tickets will be issued upon entry.
7. The event will feature a free seating layout according to tier/zone.
8. Adult ticket holders are responsible for ensuring that they comply with the entry conditions, including any age-related restrictions for child admission.
9. The ticket price is determined at the time of order and excludes any additional fees such as handling fees.
10. Please remember to keep your tickets. Your ticket is required for re-entry to the venue, and, if lost, the event organizer reserves the right to deny re-entry.
11. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
12. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.
13. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase.
14. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
15. Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.
16. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
17. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
18. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that your contact information (Such as email and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is correct and current/latest information. We are not responsible where incorrect information result in an undelivered product.
19. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing the prove of purchase, if fail to provide require evident, no entry will be allowed.
20. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
21. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 
22. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
23. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
24. Tickets are non-transferable. Ticket2U reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to be maliciously transferred.
25. Delay & Postponement
    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.
    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
26. Cancellation 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
27. Consent
    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
28. Assumption of Risk
    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
29. Changes to Event
    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any players and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, court position and audience capacity without prior notice. The organizer does not offer ticket refunds or seat changes due to the circumstances mentioned above.
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
30. Recording/ Audiotaping
    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.
31. Amendments
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
32. Other Terms & Condition
    • All other ticketing, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply

- By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree that the event organizers, venue, and associated personnel shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. All attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
