By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

- Ticket Sales: All tickets must be purchased exclusively online via our official e-ticketing platform, Ticket2u, and will be issued electronically only.
- Purchase Limit: One ID can be used to purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
- Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstances, unless the event is officially cancelled by the Organiser. No refunds will be issued for personal schedule changes, travel disruptions, or performer changes.
- Ticket Issuance: Your e-ticket will be emailed to you after your payment has been cleared. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
- Ticket Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all tickets purchased under your name. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets/wristbands.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and up to date. We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
- Pricing: The ticket price is set at the time of purchase and includes 10% of entertainment tax. However, it excludes handling, ticketing fees, and other charges, unless otherwise stated as "Net Price."
- Ticket Validity: For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. Each e-ticket has a unique QR code valid for a single entry. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share with others to prevent forgery or misuse.
- Booking Confirmation: If you do not receive a booking confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us to clarify whether or not your order has been placed successfully. We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you incur if you assume that your order was or was not placed because you failed to receive an order confirmation.
- Resale Prohibition: The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, especially above face value or for commercial gain. The Organiser reserves the right to immediately cancel any tickets found to have been resold or used for unauthorised promotions.
- Seating Type: This is a fully seated event. Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seat Allocation: Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.
- Seat Map: Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice.
- Seat Reallocation: Ticket2U and the Event Organizer reserve the right to reallocate seats at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Where seat reallocation occurs, replacement seats will be assigned on a best available basis, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. No prior notice is required.
- Admission for Children: Infant & children under 6 years old are not permitted for safety and comfort, as the event sound levels may not be suitable. Children aged 6 and above must hold a valid ticket. Guests aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) holding a valid ticket.
- Admission Control: All guests must present a valid e-ticket (with a clear, unaltered QR code) upon arrival. Latecomers may be admitted only during suitable breaks to minimise disruption. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been used previously by others, damaged tickets or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Ticket2U or authorized points of sale by the Event Organizer.
- ID Verification: All purchasers must be prepared to present their original IC/valid ID and e-confirmation (with the QR code) for verification upon admission.
- Duplicate Access: If duplicate access is attempted on the event day, proof of purchase must be provided. Failure to present the required evidence will result in denied entry.
- Wristbands (If Applicable): If a wristband is issued during check-in, it must be kept secure and worn for venue re-entry or access control. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and the Organiser reserves the right to deny re-entry.
- Event Start/End Time: Please note that advertised start times of events are subject to change. Door opening and closing times stated to an event are not indicative of the event’s start or end time, all of which remain at the relevant Event Organizers’ and/or athlete’s discretion and may be subject to change. Kindly check and refer to the Event's official page accordingly.
- Performer/Program Changes: The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.
- Force Majeure: The Organiser is not liable for delays, suspensions, or failures resulting from causes beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government regulations or restrictions, travel bans, airspace closures, public health emergencies, or any other force majeure event).
- Event Postponed/Cancellation: If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.
- Safety & Conduct: For the safety and comfort of all guests, pushing, fighting, aggressive behaviour, or verbal abuse is strictly prohibited. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or likely to cause harm, without refund or compensation.
- Prohibited Items & Conduct: Ticket holders agree to submit to security screening and bag inspections for prohibited items (including helmets, weapons or sharp objects, heavy objects, perfume containers, glass containers, fireworks or explosives, drones or flying objects, illegal substances or alcohol, outside food and drinks, professional recording devices, laser or infrared pointers, whistles or air horns, chairs of any kind, luggage of large backpacks, non-foldable umbrellas, large banners, drugs, smoking, vaping or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.). Disruptive or disorderly behavior will result in immediate ejection without refund.
- Venue Policies: Breach of any of the venue terms and conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle the Event Organizer to refuse your admission or eject you from the venue. No outside food or opened drinks that may cause damage or create a mess are permitted inside the court.
- Photography & Recording: Photography and video recording using personal mobile devices are permitted during the event.The use of professional recording equipment, including DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, video cameras, tripods, or external audio recording devices, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Organiser.
- Media Consent: The Event may be broadcasted, live-streamed, or recorded for media and promotional purposes. By entering the venue, ticket holders grant the Organiser the right to use their likeness in photographs and video recordings for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes without further compensation or notice.
- Athlete Interaction Disclaimer: Appearance, interaction, meet-and-greet sessions, autograph signing, or photo opportunities with the athlete(s) are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as part of the ticket entitlement. The Organiser is not responsible for unmet expectations relating to athlete interaction.
- Assumption of Risk & Indemnity: The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the event. By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser (Ticket2u, JOOLA, and all associated parties) from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your attendance or conduct at the event.
- Personal Belongings: The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the venue. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings at all times.
- Security Compliance: All guests must comply with instructions from event staff, venue security, and law enforcement personnel at all times. Access to backstage, athlete zones, technical areas, or restricted sections is strictly prohibited without valid accreditation. Unauthorised access may result in immediate removal from the venue. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
- Weather Conditions: The Event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise stated. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for refunds unless the Event is officially cancelled.
- Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
