Terms and Conditions


1. Tickets purchased on Ticket2U are subject to a booking fee.
2. Please redeem your tickets with the QR code that will be sent to your email after your purchase. The redemption counter will be place at the entrance during the event.
3. Tickets purchased cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Each ticket price NOT INLUDE booking fees.
5. Children 8 and below must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age at all times. However, we strongly discourage children below 8 years of age from attending this event as the scale and size of the event is not suitable for young children.
6. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you is not shared to any other third party.
7.For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the tickets are only given to the right person.
8.For multiple-ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
9.Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
10. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show the proof of purchase, if fail to provide evidence, no entry will be allowed.
11. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
12. The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to Ticket2u /organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
13. FANTASY DREAM ACG reserves the right to deny your entry if you have violated the rules in the event.
14. Fantasy Dream reserves the right to vary and amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
