1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
2. This is a fully free seating event.
3. No outside food/drinks allowed. Complimentary drinks will be provided. You may order food/drinks over the counter.
4. No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances allowed as this is a private venue. Alcohol will not be served during the event.
5. Photos and videos will be recorded during the event, and may be used on our social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
6. Song requests are NOT allowed. 
7. This is a community singing event; it’s about good vibes, fun and connection. Please respect everyone.
8. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
