Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations are confirmed upon full payment.
• Fees are RM3,500 per participant (inclusive of SST). 
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Replacement

• All fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Programme Changes

• The organiser reserves the right to change the trainer, date, venue, or programme structure if necessary.
• In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

4. Attendance & Certification

• Participants are required to attend the full programme to receive a certificate of completion.
• The programme is conducted over 2 full days (6–7 May 2026). 

5. HRD Corp Claims

• This programme is HRD Corp claimable (SBL Khas). 
• Approval and reimbursement are subject to HRD Corp guidelines and employer eligibility.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their company complies with HRD Corp requirements.

6. Venue & Logistics

• The programme will be held at Aloft Hotel KL Sentral. 
• The fee includes training materials, meals, and refreshments.

7. Liability

• The organiser will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to participants’ belongings during the programme.

8. Data & Privacy

• By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for registration, communication, and programme purposes.
