Terms and Conditions

• This Corporate/Group Discount offers 15% of the standard admission price.
• A mininum pirchase of ten (10) tickets is required per transaction.
• This offer is applicable to Adult Tickets only, priced at R60 per ticket (before discount)
• All bookings must be confirmed and paid by 30th November 2026.
• Tickets purchased must be utilised by 31st December 2026
• This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, or discounts
• All visitor must comply with SnowLim Wonderland's rules and regulations at all times
• SnowLim Wonderland reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
• SnowLim Wonderland reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor who fails to comply with park rules
• This promotion is applicable to Malaysian only.
• E-ticket(QR) & Personal ID/NRIC MUST be presented at ticket counter upon admission, visitor needs to pay the difference should the purchased ticket type/price is different from what being presented during checking.
• No cancellation or refund can be made one confirmed.
• Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
• Tickets are valid for one time entry only.
• No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.

• Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotion.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• No outside foods & beverages.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket(QR), do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges 
  a. SnowLim Wonderland Management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last-minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.
• Prohibitions & Limitations
  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• SnowLim Wonderland Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• SnowLim Wonderland management has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
