1. Ticketing & Admission
Entry to the dance competition is permitted only with a valid ticket or approved registration. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to comply with event rules, venue regulations, or safety requirements.
2. Age Requirement
All audience members aged 7 years and above are required to purchase an entry ticket. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
3. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
4. Event Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the event date, time, venue, programme schedule, competition format, or performance lineup if necessary without prior notice.
5. Audience Conduct & Safety
All audience members must behave in a respectful and orderly manner throughout the event. Running, pushing, excessive shouting, disruptive behaviour, or any act that may endanger others or disturb the performances is strictly prohibited. All attendees must comply with instructions given by the Organiser, venue staff, and security personnel at all times.
6. Venue Rules
Audience members must remain in designated seating or viewing areas at all times and must not block walkways, entrances, exits, or emergency routes. No food or drinks are allowed inside the auditorium or classroom areas. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the venue premises. Audience members are not allowed to enter restricted areas such as backstage, performer preparation areas, or technical zones unless authorised.
7. Media & Photography
By attending the event, all audience members consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. The Organiser reserves the right to use such materials for publicity, promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without further notice or compensation.
8. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, all audience members must remain calm and follow the instructions provided by the Organiser, venue staff, or security personnel. Evacuation must be carried out in an orderly manner through designated exits.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring before, during, or after the event.
