1. Admission & Registration
   Admission is free; however, pre-registration via Ticket2U is mandatory. Entry is only valid with a confirmed QR code.

2. Event Information
   The event will take place from 8–10 May 2026, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM at IOI Grand Exhibition and Convention Centre, IOI City Mall Putrajaya. The organiser reserves the right to amend event details without prior notice.

3. Entry & Capacity
   Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry at its sole discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability
   Attendees enter at their own risk. The organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience sustained during the event, including but not limited to personal belongings or purchases made from third-party vendors.

5. Third-Party Vendors
   All products and services are offered by independent exhibitors. The organiser is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues arising from such transactions.

6. Photography & Media Consent
   By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

7. Code of Conduct
   Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund or compensation.
