2ND UKM SURGICAL SYMPOSIUM

Simposium ini dirangka untuk merapatkan jurang antara teori dan amalan melalui gabungan ceramah berasaskan bukti, perbincangan kes, serta perkongsian mengenai teknik pembedahan semasa dan yang sedang berkembang. Dengan melibatkan peserta daripada pelbagai peringkat kerjaya perubatan, program ini diharap dapat memupuk budaya bimbingan, menggalakkan minat akademik, dan memperkukuh kemahiran membuat keputusan klinikal. Secara keseluruhan, simposium ini bertujuan memperdalam kefahaman terhadap prinsip pembedahan serta memberi inspirasi kepada generasi bakal pakar bedah untuk mengejar kecemerlangan, inovasi, dan penjagaan pesakit yang berfokuskan kualiti.

1. Registration & Payment 

All participants must complete registration and make full payment prior to the event. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 2. No Refund Policy 

All registrations are final and strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, travel issues, or personal reasons. Participants may transfer their registration to another individual by providing written notice to the Surgical Symposium Organizing Committee before a specified deadline, subject to approval. 

3. Programme Changes 

The Surgical Symposium Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Speaker & Content Disclaimer 

The views and opinions expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Surgical Symposium Organizing Committee. All content is intended for educational purposes only and should not replace professional clinical judgment. 

5. Liability 

The Surgical Symposium Organizing Committee shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. 

6. Photography & Recording 

By attending the symposium, participants consent to photography, audio, and video recording, which may be used for promotional and educational purposes by the organizers. 

7. Certification 

Certificates of attendance will only be issued to participants who attend the required sessions and comply with all event guidelines. 

8. Code of Conduct 

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund. 

9. Data Protection & Privacy 

All personal data collected will be used solely for event administration and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

10. Force Majeure 

The Surgical Symposium Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.
