By purchasing a ticket through Ticket2U and attending this event, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
•All tickets must be purchased via the official platform (Ticket2U).
•Each valid ticket admits one (1) person only.
•Attendees must present a valid e-ticket or QR code for entry.
•The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if tickets are invalid, duplicated, or tampered with.
2. No Refund / No Cancellation
•All ticket sales are final.
•No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained unless the event is cancelled by TRYAM SDN BHD.
•In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
3. Event Rules & Regulations
•All attendees must follow the event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event staff at all times.
•TRYAM SDN BHD reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without refund.
•Illegal activities, violence, harassment, or damage to property will not be tolerated.
4. Safety & Liability
•Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
•TRYAM SDN BHD shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.
•Please take care of personal belongings at all times.
5. Event Changes
•TRYAM SDN BHD reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or program without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
•In case of force majeure (e.g. weather, government restrictions), the event may be postponed or modified.
6. Media & Photography
•By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
•TRYAM SDN BHD reserves the right to use event photos/videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Prohibited Items (Strictly Not Allowed)
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the event venue:
•Outside food and beverages (unless permitted by organizer)
•Illegal substances or drugs
•Weapons of any kind (knives, sharp objects, etc.)
•Fireworks, firecrackers, flammable or explosive items
•Glass bottles, cans, or breakable containers
•Large bags, luggage, or bulky items
•Laser pointers, drones, or professional recording equipment without permission
•Any harmful chemicals or non-approved color powders/liquids
•Smoking items (if venue is non-smoking area)
•Items that may cause inconvenience, danger, or disruption to others
Important (For Color Festival):
•Only approved color powders sold or provided by the organizer are allowed.
•Outside colors/liquids are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
All attendees are subject to security checks. Prohibited items will be confiscated, and entry may be denied without refund.

8. Legal Clauses
a. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRYAM SDN BHD, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, damage, or expenses arising from attendance at the event.
b. Indemnity
By attending the event, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRYAM SDN BHD against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their actions, negligence, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
c. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
d. Right to Refuse Entry
TRYAM SDN BHD reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions or poses a risk to the event, without refund.
e. Amendments
TRYAM SDN BHD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published via official channels.
f. Force Majeure
TRYAM SDN BHD shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen incidents.

•Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
