I understand that by participating in this event, I must agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Participation in the event carries risks of injury or death from various causes, and participants must be aware of the hazards involved.
- Participants must be appropriately trained and in good physical condition to compete in the event.
- Participants release all individuals and organizations associated with the event from any liability for injuries or damages and indemnify them against claims arising from participation.
- Participants consent to receiving necessary medical treatment during or after the event.
- Participants acknowledge the importance of safety precautions and their responsibility to understand and follow them.
- Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for event promotion and the use of drones for capturing event footage.
- Participants are responsible for the security of their personal possessions.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, entry fees will not be refunded.
- Participants agree to their name and contact details being included in the event database for promotional purposes.
- Participants agree to comply with all race rules and directions from the event organizer.
- Participants consent to any necessary changes in the event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants are strictly prohibited (not allowed) from transferring their assigned bib number illegally or unlawfully for the event.
- If under 18 years old, participants require a legal guardian's approval and supervision during the event.
15. All the medals, shirts, and e-certificates are currently in the proposed design stage and are subject to further confirmation and finalization.
By participating in the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and release from liability.
