Terms & Conditions

1. Participants confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
2. This activity is open to all participants and is subject to the terms and conditions set by the organiser.
3. Participants acknowledge that this is a physical activity and confirm that they are in good health and physically fit to take part.
4. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.
5. The organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification.
6. Participants agree that any photos or videos taken during the event may be used by the organiser for internal documentation, publicity, marketing and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites and printed materials.
7. The activity will take place at Pavilion Exhibition Centre, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Level 5, Pink Zone.
8. Slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a slot is booked, it will no longer be available to others.
9. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed once confirmed.
10. Participants are advised to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be granted extensions and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
11. Participants are required to bring their own equipment for the session.
12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil are final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
